Customer Cancellations

  • Reservations canceled 24 hours or more before your scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund of the deposit or may transfer the deposit to another available trip.

  • Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before departure, no-shows, or guests who arrive after the boat has departed will forfeit their deposit.

Boat Cancellations

All trips are weather and sea-condition dependent. If Carolina Princess cancels a trip due to weather, sea conditions, mechanical issues, or any other reason, you may choose to:

  • Receive a full refund of your deposit, or

  • Transfer your deposit to another available trip.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour before departure. Fishing locations on the boat are selected on a first-come, first-served basis at the office before boarding. The boat departs promptly at the scheduled departure time and cannot wait for late arrivals.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled trip or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled departure, your deposit is non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
